Summary

We’re excited to fulfill every order and to ship GUSKY products worldwide. We deliver to most countries around the globe, except for regions not listed below or areas where local regulations prevent delivery.

Below, you’ll find a simple overview of our processing times, delivery timelines, duties & taxes, tracking information, and important notes.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (business days). Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.


Delivery Times

We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

United States

4 to 9 business days

Canada

6 to 11 business days

United Kingdom

5 to 9 business days

Other International Destinations

(Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Middle East, South America, Africa, etc.)
7 to 12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs, carrier delays, or local logistics.


Shipping Costs

We offer Free Shipping once you reach the minimum order value displayed at checkout. Below this threshold, shipping fees may apply depending on your region. All costs are automatically calculated and shown at checkout.


Taxes & Duties

Import taxes and duties depend on your country’s regulations:

  • In some regions, taxes are included directly at checkout, meaning no extra fees upon delivery.
  • In others, duties, VAT, or customs fees may be charged separately by local authorities.

These charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. Whenever possible, applicable fees will be displayed during checkout.

GUSKY cannot cover or reimburse any customs duties, taxes, or import-related charges required by your country.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  1. A confirmation email containing your tracking link.
  2. You can click the tracking link at any time to follow your package.
  3. In your account’s order history, you can also access:
    • past orders
    • tracking numbers
    • carrier information
    • delivery updates

If you do not receive your tracking email within 72 hours after shipment, feel free to contact us.


Important Notes

One Shipping Address Per Order

We can only deliver to one shipping address per order.

No PO Boxes or Pickup Points

For logistical reasons, we are unable to ship to:

  • PO Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • Pickup points / Relay points

A complete residential or commercial address is required.

Damaged Packages

Although we take great care when shipping orders, packages may occasionally arrive damaged. If this happens, please contact us immediately with photos. We will do our best to assist you.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If an order is refused or cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect information, the customer will be responsible for:

  • return shipping costs (if applicable)
  • duties/taxes charged by customs
  • any additional logistic fees caused by the refusal
