Not in love with your order? Returns are simple at GUSKY. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and we’re here to help if something doesn’t work out.

Return Eligibility & Timeframes
Regular-Priced Merchandise
You may receive a full refund to your original method of payment if your items are returned within 30 days of the shipping date. After 30 days, returns will no longer be accepted.
Sale Merchandise
Discounted items that are not marked as Final Sale can be returned for a refund if they are sent back within 30 days of the shipping date.
Items clearly labeled “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.
If you need help with an exchange (size, colour, or style), please contact our support team before sending your item back so we can assist you with the best option available.
Return & Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must meet the conditions below:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original tags must be attached.
- For swimwear (if applicable), the hygienic liner must be intact.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box or packaging.
The following items are typically final sale and not eligible for return or exchange (unless required by local law or noted otherwise at checkout):
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Intimates and shapewear (if applicable)
- Hosiery and socks (if applicable)
GUSKY reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Return Fees
Return shipping costs and any applicable customs or import charges associated with the return may be deducted from your refund once your return is processed.
These fees can vary depending on your country and local regulations. Whenever possible, estimated return costs will be communicated during the return process.
If you refuse a delivery or the carrier is unable to deliver due to incomplete or incorrect address information, you may be responsible for:
- return shipment charges (if applicable)
- duties, customs fees, or taxes assessed by your country
- additional handling or processing fees generated by the refusal
How to Make a Return
Note: a return postage fee may be deducted from your refund depending on your location and the carrier used.
To start a return:
- Go to the Order Tracking section on our website and enter your Order Number and Order Email. You can also access your returns through your Order History if you created an account.
- Select Start Return for the order you wish to send back.
- Choose the item(s) you want to return, select the quantity and a reason for return. This helps us improve our products and services.
- A Return Label or return instructions will be generated and sent to your email address.
- Pack your items securely in a box. Remove or cover all old shipping labels and attach the new Return Label clearly on the outside.
- Drop off your package with the designated carrier mentioned in your return instructions.
When your return is received and processed, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Please allow the usual processing time described below.
Online Return Refund & Processing
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment used on your order.
Once we receive your return, please allow approximately 5 to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Any applicable return fees, duties, or taxes that we are unable to recover may be deducted from your refund total.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order details. We will review your case and do our best to offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellation
Clicked “Submit Order” too soon? We’ll do our best to help.
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as quickly as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
In that case, you may still be able to return your order once you receive it, in accordance with our return policy above.
